Fairview String Project

Today we were scheduled to play two concerts with the kids at Fairview Elementary school.

They have an amazing program in partnership with Indiana University where all the students start playing violin in first grade.

This semester we commissioned a piece from Aaron Travers, we taught it to the string teachers then everyone was sent home.

Amazingly, instruction continued and we were able to make the concert happen anyway.  It just ended.
